The Achievement In Motion (A.I.M) Mentorship Program is culturally focused and deals with anti-Black and anti-Indigenous racism materials and was created to support individuals that identify as a member of the Black and/or Indigenous community.

Time Commitment

Mentor Participation

In terms of time commitment:

  1. Mentor participation in the program is from late September to mid-April. The amount of time you commit to the mentorship program is to be determined by you and your mentee; however, we suggest that you connect with your mentees at least once a month through the medium of your choosing (in person, over e-mail, or through Zoom or Google Meets).
  2. Secondly, mentors are to participate in two 2-hour program orientation and evaluation sessions virtually (one in October, and one in April - a total of 4 hours).   The dates for the program orientation and evaluation sessions will be outlined closer to the start of the program.

Mentee Participation
