The Change-Makers Foundation for Diversity, Equity, Excellence, and Inclusion empowers Black communities and supports Indigenous and racialized groups in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). Through our diverse programming, we aim to foster an inclusive and equity-driven community where every voice is heard.
