Our Vision

The Change-Makers Foundation for Diversity, Equity, Excellence, and Inclusion is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to primarily serving Black communities while also supporting Indigenous and Racialized groups within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). Our initiatives encompass mentorship, tutoring, wellness programming, networking, and essential services aimed at empowering and uplifting marginalized individuals. We aim to foster an inclusive, interconnected community by actively engaging and supporting primarily Black as well as Indigenous and Racialized communities. Our vision is a GTHA where barriers are dismantled, diversity is celebrated, and every voice is heard. Grounded in values of inclusivity, empathy, empowerment, collaboration, and justice, our programs cater specifically to the needs of Black community members, as well as Indigenous, and racialized communities. Operating within the GTHA, we strive to create a brighter, more equitable future where every individual has opportunities for success and meaningful contributions. We invite everyone to join us in championing diversity, equity, excellence, and inclusion as change-makers within our communities.
