Preparing Tomorrow's STEAM Leaders

Pre[PAIR]ing Youth is a transformative extracurricular educational initiative that culminates in a showcase, where we celebrate the innovation, creativity, and the boundless potential of our youth. 

This initiative targets Black youth in middle school and high school interested in exploring their passions in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). The initiative nurtures the development of STEAM-based research projects, highlighting the creativity and innovation of our youth.

Recognizing the systemic challenges that Black youth face in pursuing STEAM careers, we are dedicated to using this space so that their curiosities can flourish. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to combating systemic racism and creating equitable access to opportunities.

Our aim is to bridge the representation gap for Black youth in STEAM fields, providing them with the space and tools to succeed and intentionally seeks to prepare Black youth to be STEAM leaders, specifically emphasizing "Personal Advancement In Research."
