We're on a mission to transform the landscape of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) by forging bridges of inclusivity. Our initiative is a response to the systemic challenges faced by Black, Indigenous, and Racialized youth and young adults (ages 18-29) who aspire to pursue careers in these fields.

What We Do

• Inclusive Educational Initiatives: We create culturally responsive educational programs and resources, partnering with educational institutions to provide scholarships, mentorship, and tutoring services.
• Accessible Workforce Development: We open doors to employment opportunities in STEAM for individuals with disabilities, offering training, career counseling, and accessibility support.
• Community Advocacy: We're not just a project; we're a movement! We actively advocate for policies promoting diversity in STEAM and challenge systemic racism through awareness campaigns and events.
• Accessibility Enhancement: We improve the physical and digital accessibility of educational institutions and workplaces, ensuring equitable access for all.
